Since WEE has released v0.4 version
And many people seems meet a lot problem, (I think it should caused by the CWE Resources, although I never meet this problem)
Anyway, some of you guys may not like the new fictional factions in WEE like Ulsus and Virgis (I hope I can make something new for With Fire and Sword novel). So I will start a poll which decide whether replace Ulsus and Virgis or not
If poll passed, the v0.5 will come out and replace them (with Kingdom of Scotland and Dutch Republic), otherwise, the v0.4 will be the final version before the v1.0
