This mod fix the problem with wet surface,if you have video card with DirectX 11, wet surfaces do not work,until now :) Also,this mod don't break the save games,so you can apply this and continue your game progres.
Description

My thoughts exactly.
ran a benchmark with this installed results came up no dx10 rain running dx11 soo this doesn't work , you cant even enable wet surfaces in the menu
just fixed the issue ..was on false/true I can run in dx10 got rain but dx11 is not working
