Amnesia custom story: "Weird Dreams" You wake up alone and lost. Who are you? And whats going on here? Is this a Dream? Or the reality? And if this is a dream.... How do you wake up???!!!
This was a very well-designed, tricky little custom story! Not much to speak of in terms of narrative, but that's not always needed when you've got great gameplay and spooky atmosphere. My only complaint is that I had to use a video walkthrough to figure out that the sewer key was not in the basement, not very intuitive.
This story was very interesting. I would have loved to keep playing and find out more about this, but tis a dream so...whatever.
The scares weren't that great as they combined somewhat jump scares, vanishing monsters and, at one point,things that move when you aren't looking.
The third is guaranteed to nearly scare me to death, and then revive me only to die again.
The story was simple, I think, as when asleep it was very deep and intriguing-though that might be how dreams usually are, I've never had one like that.
Overall I think this had a great "story"-I say this due to not knowing the right word-and good scares sold this story for me. I other areas it didn't really stand out TOO MUCH-level design,scripts,and so on.

A little disappointing to say the least, I usually have high standards for dream like mods because of how they scream for custom content or being experimental. Like changing reality so that it barely resembles are own, shifting gravity, space and time, and heavy with symbolism. But here we have none of that, just a short romp through the same old same old with a cheesy nightorb thing. Theres a few jump scares, not much to comment on. I would skip this.

This was a fun custom story to play. There weren't a lot of random jumpscares, which I like though others might not, and it had a decent enough story. The keys were really hard to find in two spots and there was really no clue as to where they would be. I spent a lot of time searching for them but then ended up going online to watch a walkthrough to see where they were.
Other than that, it was a pretty good custom story and I enjoyed it!
