Installation instructions: Simply extract to Rome - Total War\mods and copy and paste the RomeTW-BI.exe in your Rome - Total War directory into the mod directory. Click on RomeTW-BI.exe in the mod directory to play.
Note: This mod requires RomeTW-BI.exe (a.k.a Rome Total War - Barbarian Invasion to be installed) to play and it is recommended to use 7z to extract the files.

"Introduction of the personal version of Warring States - Rise of Qin:
1: The biggest highlight of this version is the addition of Lantian Camp, which can also recruit soldiers. However, due to the modder's skills limitation, Lantian Camp will jump out if it is included in the Shang Yang Reform. So Lantian Camp is temporarily cancelled for Shang Yang Reform. I sincerely ask someone to guide me to fix the Lantian Camp reform problem (historically, Lantian Camp was just a military camp, so whether it was reformed or not is not important).
2: The starting time of this version is no longer 403 BC, but 356 BC summer, in order to conform to historical starting time, it is directly changed to the year of the Qin reform. Therefore, this version of the Qin Empire will begin the Shang Yang Reform, to be precise, the fourth round will appear the Shang Yang Reform, no longer the previous 184 rounds reform. Don't ask me why, I just advanced the Shang Yang Reform. In order to take care of history, the historical Qin Empire also sent troops to recover the Hexi after the Shang Yang Reform. Similarly, the Huaxia Revival Reform is also advanced to 74 rounds. The Shang Yang Reform range is still the Qin mainland, for example, using Dali as an example, Dali can carry out the Shang Yang Reform as we all know. But Dali starts as the state of Wei, so if it is not attacked within four rounds, Dali will also successfully reform. 3: Modification of troops, all types of troops of the Qin state have been modified and many text explanations have been added. It makes the Qin army more historical and detailed. The infantry is renamed as the Old Qin Heavy Cavalry, which has been changed from light infantry to heavy cavalry. Both attack and defense have been strengthened, the sword and shield soldiers have been changed to Qin's new army, the elite soldiers, which is the main force of the Qin army, both attack and defense have been strengthened, and they also have the skill of war cry, high morale. The spearmen did not change much, only increased attack and defense abilities. The change of the march was great, the march in this version is no longer called the march, but the famous Great Qin Battle Elite, which exists in the form of light infantry. High attack power and can be furious, but low defense power, will be a big problem when facing ranged troops, but recruitment cost is low. The Iron Eagle Elite, a ranged armor breaker, high melee attack and defense power, and is a great partner with the battle elite. However, recruitment and maintenance costs are expensive.
