Built on HPM mod Features: -faster infamy decay (*10) and higher limit(50) -A LOT less revolts -Faster CB aquisition -Guards should be worthwhile -Naval units hull and guns improved -dreadnought vastly improved (also higher cost) -Nations with dreadnought will be more fearsome for the ai (and possibly the player) That's all for now

So does it work for everyone?
I put it in documents/Paradox/VictoriaII
I also used with HPm and it didn't work
It has to be in the mod folder I think and you shouldn't use it with hpm, it works on its own, tell if it works then, sorry for the late response
Also do you have all the expansions? (except the sprites...) They are needed in order to work I guess. If it works have fun then!
