Warlords of Azhrann is a sword and planet mod, a homage to the stories of Edgar Rice Burroughs, Leigh Brackett, Otis Adelbert Kline, Michael Moorcock, the Flash Gordon series, and others. This is an alpha version.
Not at all bad for an Alpha release. The mantas and airships system is great. The battlefields are marvelously alien and the ruins are great fun to explore. I hope this gets more updates.
I remember reading 'A Princess of Mars' years ago and thoroughly enjoying it.
This mod perfectly recaptures why.
Exotic, otherworldly locales with strange beings, futuristic weaponry used alongside swords and shields.
It perfectly captures that pulpy adventure feeling that seems so rare today.

Vanilla landscaping makes for terrible terrain. Otherwise, fabulous mod, and a definitely refreshing experience.
