A Warhammer 40k mod brought to you by NoMz Entertainment and two of the Co-Creators of "Warhammer 40k: There is only War" mod. The mod is going to be an FPS shooter that takes players into either a Imperial Guardsmen, or a Eldar Warrior perspective of the 40k universe. With a variety of classes, missions, vehicles, and maps, players will battle over Madien Worlds, Eldar Craftworlds, Imperial Trenches, any other map deemed nessecary. As with the "There is Only War" mod, we will start with two races of the 40k universe, and then we will continue to update and go from there, eventually adding every race of the 40k universe into the mod. However, players will be playing the mod "Star Wars Battlefront 2" style, with Control points, and even secondary missions that can reward teams in a battle. Progress is coming along well, and we have several people assisting us in this mod. See Description for all modders. Hope to have a beta out soon!
Ok... For those who are intrested in what other races we will be doing, Longo was screwing around a little while ago, and the next thing u know... BAM... The Defiler model. This will NOT be the final In-game model, owing that the Defiler has a very large poly count, and as a result, cannot be used in-game. However, Longo said he will tone it down, so we can get this bad-ass beast of a walker in the game.
Also Note: Chaos is not the next race we will be putting in. The first 2 races are the Guard and the Eldar, followed up by Necrons, THEN Chaos. This is just to keep u all intrested, and to show off Longo's amazing talent. Enjoy!

Vostroyans or Death Korps would be very awesome...though deep down I feel that it'll just be Cadians like usual :(

very nice defiler looks perfect the chaos symbol isnt evil enough and what weapons will be on it it looks like stadard autocannons, warp flamer and a battlecannon oh and will there be diffrent versions of it for each legion?
In Warhammer 40,000 i dont rember a defiler with a flag that isnt looking evil.
well, I haven't determined the legion yet so I decided to simply put a symbol rather than a flag
ok thats sound maby drape the symbol with blood and skulls that would be sweet but for the falg so far leave it as undivided
actually death korps of krieg is what we were going with (just to change it up to answer the question above and also the standard defiler may even be too strong considering that the individual chaos marine already overpowers most other races

As Longo is saying, no Cadians, everyone was expecting them, (allthough Tanith would be nice XD). Legion...uh... we'll cross that bridge when we get there. This is not the final in-game model, (we don't have to many of those, lol) and knowing Longo, he will "tweak around with it" for a while to get satisfaction guarranted. As for how we are going to get the model into source, well, Longo already has stated, (and so have I in the description) that the model is WAY to high poly, so there will deffinetely be some polies coming off. As for different versions, talk to Longo, he's the head moddeler. Maybe if you ask really, REALLY Nicely, he might have customizable stuff, but it would mean alot more work. So we'll see, but ask Longo if you are really intrested.

Allrite, it looks like it. Congratz, you get a cookie, but if you care to notice, the model is generally the same, with some minor exceptions.
1) The Battle Cannons are diffrent lenghts
2) The Defiler on Turbosquid has skinnier, longer claw arms and claws.
3) Autocannons have more detail, as do several other parts of the model.
Longo probably based his Defiler off of the Turbosquid model, but he would not just download and copy. Generally it's the same, so I understand that, but this is his own model. We are not Copyright stealers, nor do we use others work that are not in the mod.
