"Guardians of Azeroth" is a mod with a worldwide development team, based on the Warcraft universe by Blizzard Entertainment. In this mod, our team is working to recreate the world of Azeroth in all of its glory, particularly focusing on the story of the classic Warcraft strategy games and World of Warcraft Classic. In this mod, you will be able to assume the role of one of the human kings, elven counts, or murloc chieftans in order test your luck in the quest for bringing Azeroth under your heel! You can restore justice to Azeroth, plunge the world into the chaos and fulfill the prophecy that is the Hour of Twilight, or burn it all in the name of Sargeras. If that is not your style, you can also choose to indebt every living realm on Azeroth to your wealthy Goblin cartel. Every decision is yours to make!
Description
This is a sub mod for the great "Warcraft: Guardians of Azeroth" mod for CK2. While playing I felt the classes lacked a bit, for example a character that has reached legendary status in his/her class had poor stats, while a healer class gave a very average member of that class Immortality at only rank 5/10 so I changed that.This is not a full release and I will be updating this frequently. See below for a list of general changes, I will be tidying it up in a later date.

So download it and pops up in notepad with " 7z¼¯' ¶Œ´Jn $ 6Õã4sl£] !š'·5‰'ï}B$CJ˜p " for the whole thing. Want to say it corrupted. Tired downloading it from the other mirrors and it ends up being the same.
It's a 7zip or WinRAR file. Are you using either to open it?
Nope, as so as its done downloading, it opens up in notepad.
Close it, go to downloads, right click it and open with 7zip or winrar
