I saw the polycount and went WTF before I saw the teeth. Replace the teeth with one polygon strip for the lower jaw and one for the upper and you'll drop the polycount to something more realistic for a model of this level of detail.
Starcraft II can EASILY support up to 8k polies, but I did pass this message onto the modeller, thanks ;)
Infact, Polies have little to do with game preformance! Its generaly a combination of bones and animations combined with a large number of polies. Polies will increase filesize, which may increase loading time however, but will have little impact on gameplay, Especially sc2's gameplay.
