"Only for GEM Editor" does this mean it wont be ingame, working, usable. will it just be a static object you can place on a map??

I am only guessing but I suspect it's meant to mean only usable through the Gem editor program because its not implemented in the main game or mod. Which means you can use it to create your own battles.
Yes, you can use it for your own battles, missions etc, but isnt implemented in SP/MP game, reason: is only a prototype of tank
And yet there is the Maus, which never saw in action, in the MP ;..;
But the MAUS is a finished prototype with 2 units
one maus actually did go into combat, but it broke down and was abandoned by its crew
no the Maus had been destroyed by its crew so that the russia couldn't reconstruct it. It was never in a battle
AH!.... so when placed in maps, the tank is usable (Tracks roll, turret turns/aims, fires)

if you bring in a T30,T29,T32 or T34(non-russian) the US heavys even though most didnt see combat if made models of them i would be droolong on the keyboard and dying to play with them. If you need the info do research if u need some info try getting from World of Tanks(yeah you have to install the game see the details on them).T29 did see action but the T30 could be a heavy tank or heavy tank destroyer. Your choice.
I wanna E75 if thats possible. Will be awesome.
I would pay P.00 to have an American T30 Heavy/TD with the 155MM GUN! I would maybe even pay more just to have the T30 with the 155.
