You call this "exellent work"?! This is a work for 3 mouse click! There's nothing special. Even a green hand in the Photoshop can do it easilly!

are you really sure that you can make this on 3 mouse clicks it will just be a 8-bit color its very good because this man made a mod and its better than nothing even its file size is too big
well u can just do it by changing hue-saturation for the most part which is a few mouse clicks
not saying it's bad tho lel
also the fact that he skinned not just one tank means its quiet some work too
