The mod takes place in Vorgoth, a land fallen in disgrace, the water has became poisonus and the food rotten, corpses refuse to stay death and monstrosities prowl in the night, some humans have started to change and turn into degenerate beings due to mutations or cannibalism, life in Vorgoth is a constant struggle aganist death...or something worst.
