This is an interesting little compilation from back in the old days of quake. So far back even, that I had to open the textfile and reread it just to remember what it's features were. :) The main reasons it survived are perhaps the Ferrets, Anti-Camper Bombs, Leapfrogs, Lasermines, and Tripwires. It also includes frikbots (0.09), crouching, a whole assortment of other unique weapons, and turrets (this is the mod where my famous turrets got their start). The name Void Mod came from the pun that the mod was empty. It stared out as just a test for the Anti-Camper bombs. Then I made the Ferrets because they seemed like a good idea at the time, and they turned out quite well. As I added and balanced more and more weapons, the mod began to take shape.
