Torn up Note:
Status Report:
This has been a very busy month for our character modelers and our mappers. Two of our custom organic models are now finished and our maps are coming along smoothly and we are happy to say that everything is coming along great! To show off some of our progress, we're bringing you three new screenshots to fix your eyes upon! Enjoy!
Media release:
Vacancies:
Programmer:
Knowledge about writing code in the language of C++ required. Must have worked on at least one other Half-Life 2 modification. Must be open to be called 'Spike', 'Doc' or 'Scooter', at all times.
We already have one programmer, if you apply for this position you will be the secondary programmer. Knowledge of how to cook ravioli is a plus.
Level Artist:
Good knowledge about Hammer required. Must be able to create realistic and creepy looking outdoor environments that would fit Visage. If you think you've got what it takes, please e-mail Milo at milo@omgmonkeylol.com.
Fantastic update. I'm loving the maps, keep up the good good work.
Looking good, I'm trying to figure out what language that note is in?
It appears to be a cipher.
I spy a letter with a circle at the top.
I for one, am glad to hear progress is going so well.
" Spike, Doc or Scooter, ( all times you say ? ) "...love your sense of humor !
Nice update.
Creepy o_o
C++... I'm still trying to get Python mastered. Guess I better jump ship soon.
I duno how to programme (well... very poor knowledge using Actionscipt) but I can most definitely cook raveoli... so should I still apply?
P.S. if cooking raveoli is some programming term I'm guna look like such a dork right now -_-
Also, this mod is soooo exiteing, so keep those progress updates coming.
Okay, the name 'Hovgard' is clearly visible along the left side of the note. Haven't got much further than that. I'm would say it's in Swedish, but the english words down the bottom kinda kill that idea though. And only characters used in English are seen, apart from the one a-with-a-circle-on-it.
Is there a forum somewhere we can discuss this sort of thing?
We're working on a forum, you'll have to use this newspost for now. :)
Also, yes, 2 words are in Swedish. Å is a Swedish letter. ;D
there's also 'visage' in the 3rd line from bottom and 'sweden' in the one above.
I found 'Myling' in the second line. What is a myling? --http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Myling
Vegas (Meadows) - in same line as 'Visage.'
June - Next to Hovgard.
Leresa (Could be a name) - Fourth column from the right.
Madat (Croatian: Mandate, Finnish: Rotten) - Second last line.
Adam - Backwards, on the second-bottom line, next to 'Hovgard' I found 'vegas', too, but I don't think that's relevant to finding out what this note means.
