Videos & Audio - Violent Memories mod for Half-Life 2

Violent Memories is a HL2 mod that does not make any/many changes to the original code or models, but poses a whole new singleplayer experience. VM (abreviation of Violent Memories) will instead focus on an almost altered gameplay style. In VM, you play as a spy for the resistance in c17, but there is a catch: the game starts with your death. When the game starts, you quickly assume a very climactic battle with the combine, and then the most anticlimacting thing happens, the character is killed with poisonous gas. In the final moments of his brains functioning, our hero flashes back his life in extreme detail, but you cut in when he remembers what exactly led to his death. For more story info, see the website. The main character will be a kind of a combination 007-Mission Impossible spy, but here to, is a catch: you don't have any gadjets at your disposal.
