Since the NVA buildings are modular, you can build different modules on the available slots. This is the Medium Factory which builds all medium rated units such as the T54 Tank and the NVA Sniper.
To some extend yes but there are more surprises to it.
As you have noticed NVA buildings are modular like SC said, so you may have noticed that there are structures that may be built on top of the original structure. There is another screen that shows a structure with different structures on top. One of the unique things to wait for about the NVA, which is yet to be done in another ZH mod.
