These areas are addressed for Vanilla by this mod:

1--Governments don't hoard money in their treasury anymore , instead they lower taxes and even return money back to their POPs if treasury amounts exceed £400,000.

2--Factories pay out 60% of their profits to employees/managers, as opposed to 30%.

3--Gold income mainly goes to governments instead of laborers which allows for greater circulation.

Mod can be adapted for other mods, including those that already have a national treasury limiter such as Money Hoarder, instructions in Readme

Doubt itll ever be fixed, but at least in HoD with only this mod installed, unit training time does not show up.

Haven't tried it yet though I've always been interested in this concept since I first saw it posted on reddit.

I appreciate the modder making it available. My only concerns with the empirical methods used in the original reddit is that instead of going for realism(i.e. trying to get macro statistics to match historical ones) he goes for those which give the most beneficial results to the economy in the form of currency circulation. I'd prefer the former personally but perhaps they are both the same.

Secondly it would be more interesting to see the parameters of the tax refund policy depend on the current ruling party as well as the factory payout percentage be based on trade union policy.
