A few years years have passed since the events of Grand Theft Auto IV. In an alternate ending, Niko and Roman Bellic leave Liberty City after Mallorie's death untimely death. Thankfully, they've landed themselves in Vice City; the City of Sin. In a series of audacious events, Roman is pulled back into debt, resulting in Niko putting his neck on the line in order to protect whatever he has left.
This is a tutorial on how to add your own music into Vice City's Serbian using Independence FM

Independence FM allows you to play your own MP3 audio files in Vice City's Serbian. Once you install a MP3 file a new radio station will be available for use in the game called Independence FM.
To install a MP3 file into your game, just drag and drop the MP3 file into your MP3 folder located inside of the Vice City's Serbian game folder.
