A few years years have passed since the events of Grand Theft Auto IV. In an alternate ending, Niko and Roman Bellic leave Liberty City after Mallorie's death untimely death. Thankfully, they've landed themselves in Vice City; the City of Sin. In a series of audacious events, Roman is pulled back into debt, resulting in Niko putting his neck on the line in order to protect whatever he has left.

Description
We've decided to stick to RenderWare instead of moving over to RAGE. We're polishing up the last bits of 1.3 by converting content from GTA V over to the game.
