VC Limit Adjuster V2.0 Beta 6 file

The Limit Adjuster can be used to change the hardcoded limitations for objects und other stuff, so you can do bigger map modifications. It's also possible to increase the streaming memory. Note: It could happen that after changing the values all cars and peds are missing. Don't save the game then, or they'll stay away, even after setting the values back. This problem can often be fixed by increasing the streaming memory in small steps.
