The story begins with James Pierce, a 20 year old archaeology student studying at SOU, and currently living in the outskirts of Ashland, Oregon. He and his father have been moving all over the state looking for his mother who has been missing since his birth. She left without any notice and took everything of her possession leaving the trail cold. James' father last left to travel to Vale to continue his search, but James decided to stay behind after living in the town long enough to call it home. James' father was reported missing and pronounced dead a few months after he left, and after searching for days, he was never found, last seen at an undisclosed location. After spending a lot time at the university, James and his friend Mason were given an assignment to make an article about local myths and legends. They decided to make the topic about the Knights Templar that had a base of operations at the site of the Carter Estate outside of town. The events take place in October, 2003.
This bedroom is actually based off of my real life bedroom. I used my room as a blueprint in a way to help give me the idea of the layout of the starting house. I'm happy with the results to say the least.
