Forcing your clipboard to have a link to the PayPal creator when you play the game is the scummiest and most invasive bull I've ever seen on any mod. It should be against the rules to modify your computer in any way that isn't related to the actual game.
I strongly suspect the creator of this mod is fabricating a story behind the deletion of his mod in order to shill his Patreon to force us others to go through the pay wall to acquire the latest version of his mod instead, using Marty McFly's practice as an excuse to justify it.
At least Marty McFly's tech was not even a mod to begin with; it was an external applicable graphics enhancer that improved the visuals of any game eligible to use it's power.
This is graphics rendering mod that works exclusively for certain UE1 games.
And all of this happening just DAYS before the Unreal anniversary! This is an outrage!
I will take my chances with XOpenGL instead.
This "developer" is e-begging users of this renderer by including a pop-up ad for the "developer's" PayPal (soon to be Patreon) and forcibly inserting it into the user's clipboard without their consent. Then the "developer" is going of his way to gaslight people to make it seem like forcing this nonsense to the users is justified by throwing other people like Epic, Namco, and Nightdive Studios under the bus for reasons that don't even involve them. If this does not quality as a scam and nagware on ModDB, then I don't know will.

Cannot disable inflated elements on Deus Ex while using GMDX, despite adding in the files -GMDXv9/System/gmdx.ini- and -System/deusex.ini-, the following lines:

While performance is better, I'd have to tolerate a glitchy and semi-balloony world.
Must-have mod for Unreal Tournament, period. I can't play the original game anymore without it, it's just too good.
The latest negative comments are absolutely pathetic and written by snowflakes who apparently have a personal feud with the creator and try to cancel him, which is disgusting. Don't pay attention to them and just try the mod, you won't regret it.
