Moff Tarkin was one of the most infamous fleet officers of the Republic navy. His tactics were brutal but effective. He can be recruited on Eriadu. Ability wise he gives a damage bonus to ships and ground troops he commands but space fleets with him cannot retreat from battle. When on Eriadu, Tarkin allows the Outland Regions Security Force to be recruited. In space, Tarkin commands a Tector Class Star destroyer. When killed off he will not respawn.
Rear Admiral Rampart was part of the Republics 12th sector army navy. Rampart participated in multiple outer rim sieges and battles such as Centares and Saleucami, which earned him a promotion to Rear Admiral.
He recruitable from Salecumi and serve as a field commander. He will get a buffed venator well for space, but when killed off, he wont respawn.
Captain Noire was a Captain who was attached to the 19th Sector army and worked with Moff Sulamar. She has a buffed Victory cruiser called Lastations Fury for space. She will be recruitable by the Republic from either Javin or Lastation.
