VERSION 1.2 PLANNED CHANGES (Subject to change) (no pun intended)

- In v1.1, the Harbinger disappeared from the Airfield queue. Found my silly error and it should work.

- ChronoTech (and ChronoTank) will be implemented
(All credit to TheWorms for his excellent release of the source)

-A certain someone wants a crazy Soviet tower... we'll see.. >:) (Sorry, not this version)

-EMP Bomber for the Soviets!

I apologize, but due to inconsistencies between the XML versions from C&C 3 and RA3, I am pulling out of adding any C&C 3 content. However, i'll see about that flame weapon..

Whoops; I typed the wrong issue out.. The actual issue was mod crashes after implementing a unit from C&C3 (NOD MCV). All that would happen is the game would show the initial pre-fullscreen picture, then a huge crash screeen pops up. I never found the solution after a week, so I'm stuck.
