Hello out there, it's been a long time ago since we've updated the website the last time. We used our energy more in developing the game. But from now on: good news - the website will be updated weekly or more often.

Today we'll show you two of our engine modifications. A completely restructured OpenGl core allows us to use even directX 9 effects such as 'parallax mapping' and 'bloom'.

Take a look at first sample renderings with the new technology:

Parallax mapping:
With parallax mapping you are able to render surfaces which have much more relief/depth than for example with bumpmapping.

Bloom (overblending):
Allows an overbrightening of bright areas in dark areas.

Athmospheric scattering:
The athmosphere scatters blue light more than red light.

Besides that, we are developing a new website which should be going online within the next few weeks (and hopefully working correctly on all browsers ;-) )

That is simpy incredible... And this is the original Unreal engine? Flabberghasting. I can't even begin to think about how you edited the engine core that much, without making any errors.. Very nice work guys, I'm modwatching.

Currenty, these are pics of our own renderer, which will replace the UT-renderer. (if everything works out right, but it shouldn't be that kind of a problem, like our headcoder said ;) )
