in normal game scud already was a powerstation for itself :P or you could just steal some US or China reactors
well the reason for having power is coz i took over laser General Commandcenter Then defeated them then built power plant and laser turrets as a defence. lol
Ppl I think he is just trying to show us the new look for the scud launcher!!
