The story starts off with the main player Brennon tied to a chair in an unknown house. When he finally breaks free from the shackles and starts adventuring on his own through the house he finds letters between Mr. Smith and a woman by the name of Ms. Greene argueing about a local psycho-prison breakout. Also, a man by the name of Samuel (who appears to be trapped inside the house as well) is asking the player for help as he has barracaded himself in one of the rooms for safety.
