Download both the AP mod and my mod folder containing resources for all my mods:
Enable both and play in the editor.
For certain unit specific scripts, look at existing missions I've made that have them setup. Certain types of units depend on being assigned a separate team; Combine soldiers team 0, Metrocops, striders, hunters, etc. all being other ones that are still allied to each other.
Certain bugs exist in the mod that I never bothered to fix. For example: using pistols for units in mid-low cover causes animations issues. Other issues with animations might be present.
