Restart Steam, found Tray-Mod in the games list
Installation on the pirates (Requires HL2 Episode 2):
Tray-mod.zip Unpack the archive to the root directory of the game
Find the root directory of the game tray-mod2.bat, start by clicking on it.

I'm getting the ED_Alloc: no free edicts on map Traning_room_09, when I go into the control tower for the shipyard.
I've tried the usual corrections prescribed:
- put '-num_edicts 1500' into the startup switches
- also tried putting 'edicts "1500" into liblist.gam in the scripts dir.
Any suggestions ? my next strategy is to just load Traning_room_10 just before going into the room to the left of the ladder upstairs in the tower....
Thanks for the mod. It kept me out of trouble this afternoon...
This was a swanky good mod until the very final level -which final level was an impossible 'berzerker' level in which enemies keep on respawning and there's nowhere to go -- it played like a 'Deathmatch' multiplayer level...
