Total War: Wainriders is a full-conversion & fully modfoldered modification for Rome: Total War - Alexander. Inspired solely by the written works of J.R.R. Tolkien, it seeks to reflect both the spirit and lore of Middle-earth as Tolkien saw it. Total War: Wainriders is being built by the Fourth Age Total War team on the excellent foundations of the Dominion of Men mod for Barbarian Invasion, but completely reworked to take full advantage of all the features of Alexander. It will feature fully overhauled factions, an updated campaign map, and new mechanics and gameplay systems all designed to effectively transport the setting of the main campaign to T.A. 1864 and tell the story of the great conflicts of Middle-earth at that time.

is that isengard? will we be able to turn to the dark lord and grow our own army of orcs and uruks?
This is many, many years before Isenguard (Angrenost as it was then known) was associated with Saruman or any orcs, but you are right that it is the Tower of Orthanc on one of the banners. You'll learn more about that faction in the next week or so ;)

So Gondor, Arthedain, Umbar, Lindon and Imladris, Woodland Realm, Lothlorien ?, Western Horde, Angmar, Harad, remnants of Rhovanion ?, garrison of Orthanc (Gondor mixed with Dunlendings ?), tribes of Eryn Vorn, another Wainrider faction, Sauron (Dol Guldur ?), chiefdom of Khand, remnants of Cardolan ?, Durin's Folk, another dwarven faction and rebels. I think. Great faction symbols by the way !
Thanks mate, and you got 11 of them completely right and another couple close. If you check out some of the details of the time period (Third Age 1864 start date) you can probably work out which ones are wrong ;)
One hint, the bottom symbol isn't rebels :P
