Not sure 'bout a cruiser having torpedoes - ain't that more of the destroyer's job?
yes, I think I will remove the torpedoes because I want each type have a weakness.
I will sea when we will work on the balance.
I think I will add a t1 torpedoe bomber and a new submarine.
Anti navy defense will be re balanced.
