I thought that since I have claimed we have an almost finished beta, it would be unfair not to show a little sampling of what we/I am working with at the moment. There is so much to see, nevertheless I have tried to upload a small representative sampling. Missing is...well basically most of the new mining and exploration features. Maybe I will include those in another screenshot update. What I have uploaded includes shots of many of the new (or altered) interfaces, as well as beta shots of 'Capsule' space, and some of the weapons rebalances. Whether these things make it through the Beta test in the fall remains to be seen...
Here are two shots, one of 'Capsule' space and one of the new nuclear missiles. Both of these shots are taken in game. "Capsule" space in particular is quite exciting as it may be the first time a 'wormhole' or other similar phenomenom was actually flyable in game.

WHAT?!? A still alive i-war2 mod? :O
Oh yeah! Not just a mod, but actually a whole new game. Torn Stars is already finished and has been released. Currently we are working on a massive expansion to it, called Unstable Space. This is 98% done, and is just waiting to enter beta testing. And after that, we have a third expansion planned, and substantially finished, called 'Traffic'. We yet live, and then some!
