This is an overhaul modding project of the mod 'The Last Days of the Third Age' (TLD) for the game M&B Warband. We aim for overhauling TLD mainly visually, replacing armouries to look similar to the ones known from the films.

Why not? Perisno has great face textures for humans (dwarves) and elves, and great beards for dwarves/ hair for elves. I don't see why they wouldn't give you access to them for you to implement them into your mod. I have no clue how hard it would be to implement the textures, but I think that's a really good option. Plus they also have better sliders in the character creator as well.
I will take a look at those mods for beards and face textures, but you know it is the last part of creating Dwarves, for now, We're doing their weapons and armors
Yeah, I think most people would agree they would rather have weapons and armors before faces, but eventually you guys should definitely implement them. Not trying to rush or anything, everything worked on so far is Fantastic! Its just off putting when Aragorn looks amazing and everyone else looks like potatoes lol. Will you be changing faces for other major characters as well (Elrond, Faramir, Théoden, etc)? And could we possibly see Legolas and Gimli? Oh, and lastly Ive been playing the mods A Clash of Kings and A World of Ice and Fire recently, they also have great face textures. The majority of them are the same as the ones in Perisno, so I think the textures are a modders' resource somewhere. Sorry for the long comment, keep up the Amazing work!
I didn't mean we won't have good beards and faces, just I've not thought about it yet, yeah, maybe from a OSP face models. I personally like to have real face for each lord, Dain, Thranduil, Theoden, and all other kings. But maybe Time doesn't allow us to do all of them :)
Do you think it will be possible to make textures for Boromir to look like Sean Bean and to make Faramir look more like the actor of whoever played him from the films?

Yeah, Blood in the West is terrible. They don't even have one proper scene for Rohan. I mean the Fellowship followers is the ONLY feature that was acceptable but all other stuff was buggy, native and sometimes broken.
