I was able to buy them from a merchant in a tavern. They're extremely expensive. The A model is buggy. I'd go with the B model.
yeah the "horse" merchant in the tavern, all what he sell is expansive than normal, so yes you can find it there too.
and yes the elephant models are kinda buggy, there is seems to be no collision with the elephant, but its still possible to kill the rider(just a little difficult)
