Probably. Building bases will be different in LR. You'll be able to move your base and mobile buildings using every truck. But there will be special faction trucks which are suited specificly for base moving. So, every unit(if it can be loadable) will have storage factor.
That sounds so crazyily awesome that it could work out to be very epic. Never seen it before so I guess that would be very interesting.
