do I see sarcasm ? :3 just wait till you play the mod, I added a lot of npc's, to represent how busy streets ran long ago with soldier drills, and people just forming conversation circles They dont talk though :/, I tried adding various texts appearing above there head but each time they stop and look at each other, but the mod crashes before i even get to enter a town or village however they do look at each other and do there generic movements like looking around, and crossing arms once they approach each other, also in some cases they pile up on an area if there is a merchant there...the wfas module has quite some differences with the regular mount and blade.
If you wanna make text appearing above heads of people, you should ask for help here:

In this great polish mod you can see street people "talking" to each other and you can see text above their heads.
I think if you ask modders they will help you, because polish modders are very nice people ;)
Of course you can have some problems with coding, because 1794 mod is for Warband and not for WFAS...
but I'm not modder so I can't tell anything for sure. Just check it ;)
