i'd say the face is a little bit to thin
Why not the white one?
Because when the game starts its 50 years before the "Fellowship" so Gandalf is still "Gandalf the Gray"
but the frodo isnt involved in the war :S
or maybe the followship is appearing later in the game... hmmm well see... i think the guys know what they do ;)
He just need a Grey sword now! this is a good work!
Stop going so much into details, it's far harder than you think, and that mdel is extremely good. Keep up the great works guys.

Should add Glamdring later on, and maybe the staff is a bit too short :P can't see too well at this angle.
