While the animations are quite nice, it needs A LOT of work. Here's my feedback.
The sounds are lacking some oomph there and don't seem to match the weapons they are assigned on.
The recoil is unnecessary at this point, it's just too weak and thus annoying if you play vanilla (no mouselook).
The MP40 is weird as hell. Why is it shooting buckshot? It through me back at the dehacked days. Also its firerate is too low.
Weapons past the shotgun need a huge position offset. The SSG for instance looks like it's gonna shoot the ceiling. It needs to be lowered a lot. Same problem for the other weapons.
Pickup sprites are not that good, but you know that.
Then again the animations are marvelous. I can't to see how it turns once you fixed all these problems. Best of luck to you pal!
