The Thing, the first Half-Life 2 mod released by a certain Donald before the final release of Half-Life 2. The original mod was made to be played on the 2003 leaked version of Half-Life 2. For some reason, my PC detects a possible virus in the file.
Also adding a Steam and a desktop icon would be nice.
If you're using google chrome to download it's normal, for some reason it detect the archive as a virus :c
But thx for your suggestion about the icon i'll add that for a futur version.
One more thing: one of the files "stats.txt" seems to be broken. When I try to extract it, it gives me an error.
that weird, if you're using 7-zip or something else then winrar it may be the cause
When using 7-zip, I could extract it, I don't know why it does that even though the file completely empty.
One more suggestion: changing the mod name in the gameinfo file to "The Thing Remastered" to make it clear that this is not a simple port of the original mod.
