Yes, the Lochagos is our version of BFME2's banner carrier system. They appear when a batallion gets to rank 2.
Can you buy him, because if I recall correctly you could buy the banner upgrade (It's been a while since I played bfme2)?
No, we don't have purchasable ranks available. Battalions have to be ranked up through combat.
The 'A' would probably be sans serif. :)
