This is merely a patch, not a standalone, The 1.2.3 TOR download is required as base, then extract these folders on top of those in Modules and overwrite when asked.
Keep in mind that for now the 1.2.5 bulk shader compilation feature is NOT USED by TOR as this caused unforseen shader issues for the wraith unit troop, for now we'll still need to endure the long loading times.
Just to clarify its best to switch your bannerlord game version to the 1.2.8 stable branch for this update, 1.2.5 was the latest version at the time this was uploaded but still works for 1.2.8.
Example:
Open TOR_125_Patch download file, Drag the 3 folders into your bannerlord/modules folder and press yes when prompted to overwrite.

Grail Damsel
-"Just Cause" passive 3 is now correctly written as 15%.
-Damsels can equip a weight up 11 and keeping the wardsave effects.
Mercenary:
-mercenary contracts with the Mercenary Lord perk only provide 1/3 of the former value (scaling by 0.33% per point , resulting in 100% extra money for 300 points in trade.
- values for headhunter perk(4) and knightly perk (2) are adjusted and applied correctly as displayed.
World:
Mousillon and Sylvanian necromancers and Vampires should not get hurt from cursed sites anymore.

Why does the download say it needs the 1.2.0 beta version? I'm so confused.
When will it be updated for 1.2.6 because I can't revert the beta version to an older beta build, I keep getting crashes on 1.2.6
It already works for 1.2.8 without any update. If you are using other mods disable all of those first.
I have strange thing in my game. I don't know why, but all fractions stopped having wars at all(except wars which were started at the begining of the game)
Mine won't even start up, what did you do to make it work?

Yes we are aware of this issue, we recommend;
- forcing your own wars by attacking caravans or villages ( do not raid villages as a merc ).
- Using console to cheat world war ( campaign.start_world_war )
- Using diplomacy mod that fixed it for some users.

I'd like to point out a flaw. Why do undead troops in garrison consume food, absolutely the same as other troops. Although if they are in the player's squad this does not happen.
Gameplay reasons. In the player party they do not require food or upkeep, in garrisons they do require food but no upkeep.
why is the download so unbearably slow i'm on fiber internet and its downloading it at 56kb/s

Hi, I tried to make it work in many ways, the mod doesn't work, I put V1.2.0 and Harmony v2.2.2.162 and TOR V0.4.0+

Download the full version first, then download the patch, extract the full version into modules, extract the patch into modules and overwrite.
Download harmony 2.2.2.162 from nexus and extract into modules.

In order to fix the d3d error people may experience, please set "Terrain Quality" in options,performance to medium or higher and restart the game in order to have the changes take effect. That should fix it!

If you are having issues with trying to visit bretonnian taverns and being met with a crash, go into your performance setting and disable Tessalation!

I crash whenever I try to enter the old world with the following issue:

R4MPZY i have already tried old realm in Bannerlord 1.2.5 and it took nearly an hour in Frozen loading screen to start at first. now, i have bannerlord 1.2.8 but unlike in 1.2.5 it shows Crash report and game closes when closing the crash report window... Should i wait more longer by ignoring the crash report or it just won't work on 1.2.8?

STEP 1 : Check the Harmony version
STEP 2 : Make Sure you have Harmony version 2.2.2.162(not above nor below versions)
STEP 3 : Delete old Harmony and Place Harmony 2.2.2.162 in Modules
STEP 4 : Start the game by enabling all TOR mods and Harmony
NOTE : Loading Screen will APPEAR TO BE FROZEN but it is *NOT*, Wait for an Hour game will work

Sorry for the late reply, yeah this is exactly what you need to do. 2.3.0 harmony will cause issues, and the long loading screen is unfortunately needed for now

Can't get the mod to work, followed all steps. I have the game on XBOX Store v1.2.7.31207.
First the problem was with a DLL file that could not be find, I solved it by changing a folder's name.
Now I get crashes on the first loading screen caused by having active only Harmony. I've already tried different versions of Harmony, nothing works.
I do not have any other mods installed, just bought the game for this mod. I'm very dissapointed...

I am playing it around 5 days as a vampire. I am fan of warhammer 2/3
i should say this is a great job but
1) empire should have much more enemies they are very strong on global.
Need Norsca and Chaos invasion forces first , not wood elves.
2) Need Orcs.
3) too many rebel troops on map , and they spawn very quickly. and dont dissapear after hide destroyed.
Anyaway awaiting for updates. For the Chaos Gods )

Played around 120 hrs +
Human high tier magic is a mass destruction imbalance. I have all my vassal lords are manually crafted Fire or Heaven mages as the able to kill 40 + top tier units from the start of battle. They experience in battles grows very quick.
Next are vampire necromant that can repelish all lost units instatly with skelets and upgrade them nicely after two days to better skelets.
AI behaviour in battle - main bug is the unit squad is priritized in moving to certain pounts ignoring everything around. I can easily stand in front of they path and kill 10 + units without any spot on me.
Anyway it is a best of the best mods for WB
