-Replaced rumelia with the byzantine empire which owns all of what used to be the puppets from rumelia. it cores all the greek states around the aegean and has multiple cores on anatolia to reclaim, they also inherited rumelian flavor of both revolts AND cores along with accepted cultures into both italy and anatolia.

-The addition of the 2 main Slavic formables of Ruthenia for the East-Slavs and Slavia for the East-Slavs and Bolkania.

-Many more localized decisions and events in general around the world.

-fixed issue where there were misplaced iberian cores around the world.

-fixed lotharingian civil war where it would not end properly at start.

-Reworked borders and starting nations in the east slavic states.

-Redone north germans borders on their slavic borders towards something that makes more sense.

-Replaced the TUR tag with the ANT tag in preparation for future reworks in asia.

-reshuffled Frankish colonies giving most to Neustria and south africa to Scandinavia.

-new provinces around the world particularly in australia korea and the balkans.

-better event line betwen africa and south italy along with fixes to the toledan intervention.

-Aquilea has completely absorved Venice including all its ports and colonies.

-added flavor and better unit files to the new world nations.

-Novgorod has been greatly reduced to only being in ingria.

-added flavor for the slavs to go into siberia.

-flavor for ocitania to core all around itself

-Burgundy has fused with Savoy and absorved its borders while having some cores north of what used to be savoy.
