Issue
The Alliance vanguard bots don't shoot or rarely shoot, instead they wander around or try to approach a unit. Once close they use nova which almost always misses because they are too far away.

Steps
-Launch game
-Instant action
-Choose Alliance/geth/collectors
-Choose unit and spawn

Result
Vanguard bots do as stated above and waste units.

Expected
Vanguard bots actually firing their guns and using their biotics effectively.
