How do I get this mod to work?

I to installed the mod and followed all the directions but i cant seem to get it to work either

I have windows 8.1 and use steam. I followed all the directions and I saw no new units. I quickly checked by playing a skirmish match.
sorry doesnt support 8.1 only 7 and vista, but im getting a new laptop so i will make it windows 8 sorry about that

hi i want to ask how this works ive got the windows 7 ultimate and i downloaded it and i got the disk version so when i opened the instructions in winrar i followed the instructions and put the folder with the instruction document in the mods folder but when i opened it in the mods folder there isnt a mod folder at all so i dont know what to do please answer quickly
you must make mods folder, in the data folder
I am useing disk install I've got the mod in the mods folder but it says to use installer which wasn't included in the download plz explain further thank you

A new mod?? erm....nope. Just a collection of reused models which have appeared in a large portion of other FoC and EaW based mods previously.
.....and when a look over the texture files is made, what is seen?? Other peoples work. Just as well that Disney issued that ridiculous EULA for anything star wars based otherwise I'm sure this wouldn't still be here.
Ah well. Heres to the next update, no doubt to contain more "appropriated" assets. Be interesting if this was tried with something from Trek, B5 or the various other IPs.
