We haven't done a proper release in awhile, so here is one. This release includes fixes, balances and additions since April 23rd (last release). There are 2 new submods (Less RNG Submod, a new HoI3-like graphic mapmod), Great Game mechanic expansion, some country and culture colours refurbishing, South Africa added as a continent (now classified as new world, and all that follows it), and many bugfixes.

- Introduced Less Combat RNG Submod which makes random rolls in battles much less important in battle ticks
- Introduced a HoI3-like graphic submod, made by -mxwel
- The Great Game Expansion: If either Convention over Afghanistan or Persia fails, the escalation to war now has a special Casus Belli for both sides that will decide the faith of Central Asia and its future. Loser of the war will lose all influence in Persia and Afghanistan (and cores of these countries) and losing some relations and influence in other Central Asian countries. Further, this will make the defeated party lose access to the Great Game puppet casus belli and its following events. Victor of the Great Game Confrontation will gain influence in all contested countries, and their Great Game CB will now be possible against all regions that historically the other side held. For example, if Russia wins the confrontation, they will kick out the British from Persia and Afghanistan, and will be able to start wars to puppet Persia, Afghanistan, Baluchistan, and so forth. Same applies in the other direction. If confrontation happens over either Afghanistan or Persia, a second confrontation will not trigger anymore (no more annoying fight two disarmament wars over both Afghanistan and Persia..)

- Fixed a major CTD source from DD based bugs
- Tons of loc improved and adjusted
- Tons of optimization making the mod faster and use less ram
- Serbia and Montenegro have been given a new colour
- The colours for British event released dominions (Canada, New Zealand, Australia, South Africa, New England, Virginia, Georgia, Louisiana) are now shades of red
- Now the Russian America path will not be blocked if Anglo-Americans beat Russia in the race for Oregon (colonize it first). If Russia takes the land from them, they will be able to continue the content chain
- Eased Second Slesvig War outcome to favour Prussia's eventual formation of NGF until this area and wars are reworked
- Polish, Romanian, German have been given new colours to better align the language group map and increase authenticity vibe from historical maps we are inspired by
- Last reform of Industry Safety now gives a small population growth effect
- Full Welfare State modifier will now give a small population growth effect
- Revamped and buffed the anti-micro stating mechanic for small overseas colonial states (no more British AI stating Barbados, hopefully)
- Yunnan demonym added
- Missing space in "Encouragement for" national focus added
- Hajjiabad, 2643, changed to fish. Lengeh, 2788, changed to produce. Kampot, 1382, changed to fish. Saigon, 1380, changed to cattle. Phnom. Penh, 1364, changed to produce. Chanthaburi, 1365, changed to fish. Nan, 2572, changed to produce. Haka, 1339, changed to wool.
- Removed University from Cartagena de Indias, 2254
- Russia will now be able to take Seize Oregon Coast if the British/Americans beat them to it in Oregon Rush, if they manually take the states in question. This is so the entire Russian America chain isn't blocked is Vancouver is no longer an empty province.
- South Africa: North and South Africa have been separated as continents, and Southwest Africa (Namibia) has been deleted and added to the South Africa continent. South Africa is now in terms of migration mechanics considered New World, and formable nations in this region will have new world country flag (South Africa, Volksstrat, Southern Rhodesia) which makes them eligible to receive emigration just as the Americas and Oceania
- Anti-micro stating of overseas colonies has been rebalanced
- Fixed the bug of Russians not migrating to colonial Asian provinces
- Hawaii annex dont always give USA cores, and the loc is better
- Improved loc and picture for The Faith of Armenia event
- "FROMCOUNTRY$ Abandoned Us" and "FROMCOUNTRY$ Support Us" are now Is_triggered_only and will not trigger for athos anymore
- Costs rebalanced for Government Campaigns: 10% (most), 15%, 20% (birthrate campaigns) of monthly maximum tax for the country, scaled by budget size, it will no longer be scaled by country size (number of provinces)
- Direct Migration cost rebalanced, the costs are now based on amount of Province and Immigrator selectors built, rather than the previously static cost per country
- Carlist Spain Democratize Viceroyalties decision should no longer be repeatable
- Russian will now stay accepted in Russian America dominion
- Greater Austrian Destiny event is now triggered by a decision
