This release contains a number of fixes and balances since 0.96.4. As always, it is highly recommended to start new campaigns on the new version, do not continue old saves. If you planned to do a Latin campaign, it is highly recommended to download this version, we fixed several bugs. Changelog below:
- Super Germany formation will now be countered by AI forming Latin Confederation
- Slightly adjusted (increased) general emigration values
- Addressed the issue of small new world nations eventually growing tonnes of soldiers
- Slightly nerfed Irish emigration
- Slightly nerfed base and LF pop growth
- Finnish Famine event revamped and rebalanced
- Proletkult event for Communist Russia/USSR with the choice to switch to Productivity National Value
- Fixed Fate of Switzerland last event option not annexing Latin Switzerland to the Latin Union
- Nerfed the AI chance to agree to Quebec Sale to France
- Fixed one of Slesvig tags missing a German Confed flag
- Portugal starts with a Clippers factory in Lisboa to help them deal with overarching colony maintenance and their shitpoor colonies
- As long as Portugal is a secondary power, it will receive a certain supply cost nerf so its not permanently broke
- Slightly adjusted Clippers and Steamers to be more profitable
- Bureaucrats will not move to states with less than 25,000 pops
- Pops will not promote to Bureaucrats if the state has less than 25,000 pops
- AI will not encourage Bureaucrats in states with less than 50,000 pops
- Restricted conditions for Donbass and Ukrainian central basin decisions to later industrial tech (1900+), and increased industrial score requirements
- Moved Ukrainian breadbasket events for after 1870
- Nerfed German Mitteleuropa eastern puppets modifiers
- Fixed Russia enacting the Manifesto while Alexander II is Tsar
- Made sure the annexation of Black Army tag is only possible by owner of Hanoi
- Restricted tiny connections of provinces in Bohemia, Moravia, Silesia, Galicia, southern Carpathains and western Hungary for a clearer tactical situation on battlefields during war
- Fixed and revamped Eastern Grain and Eastern Workers decisions for Germany-dominated Eastern Europe
- Fixed Endonymic Submod Latin Union country names and adjectives from "Empire Latine" to "Latin
- Added province font from belle submod to the main mod and pastel submod
- Fixed a potential issue with Rhineland owning event for Latin union adding nationalist agitation to Italian/Iberian provinces
- Annexing Rhineland will now not add French cores but start the dynamic core integration
- Fixed an issue with France/Latin Union not getting called to the Crimean War if in the meantime Ottoman AI broke their alliance
- Lowered the chance united Italy joins Crimean War
- Restricted European Farmers/Labourers going to certain parts of Asia (Japan, China)
- Lowered social reform want if Social Welfare state has been achieved
- Added Fully-Fledged Democracy modifier when all political reforms are achieved, both of these now will lower militancy and reform desire
- Non-accepted pops in colonies will no longer try to join ideological rebels, but rather nationalist or separatist causes
- Slightly increased chances for non-accepted pops to join nat/sep rebels in general
- Fixed Portugal flipping through a triggered modifier
- Last three research techs increases rebalanced from 70%/90%/120% to 100% each
- Added a shortcut (v) for deselecting one unit from multiunit screen. Helpful when organizing big armies
- Korea will no longer spam the Rename Korea Decision
- Added picture for the Found Melitopol Decision
- Loc and icon for the soldier_fix modifier
- Setup for 1920 rebel tech fixed
- GCF formed through Leipzig/Munchen Congress will now attempt to mimic a militarized society
- Same for counter-Super Germany Latin Union
- Fixed Netherlands not joining GCF upon Latin Union formation
- Punctation of Olmutz event for Prussia in 1850. If German Revolution failed, Prussia will be restricted from further German unification for 10 years
- Nerfed German Revolution setbacks upon forming, buffed Latin Union setbacks upon formation
- Fixed a crash related to event chains around forming Latin Union
- USA influence in Africa is now disabled by default in 1836 Options
- Fixed a missing modifier for Latin Union, being therefore unable to pass Napoleonic Code reform in Italy and Iberia
- Added Militarized Society to AI remilitarization decision designed for coming back after losing significant soldier pops
- Fixed a bug in Italian Unification event
