This is the new Topol M nuke effect. Now it's look better IMO and cost less particles - less lag :)
Needs a bit more shockwave effects, other then that, pretty good.

man but you will add same big damage to this or left it just like nuclear from the normal generals? bicauze with the normal one (from generals zh) you need 3 to destroy a base enterely!and in normal world kills everything on a 32 km radios:)) please make the superpower ultimate on top of the science tree! to reach there more dificult (killing more enemy unit,buildings,acuiring experiences)this!:):-??
The damage is smaller. It is more like tactical nuke. You will see :)
Maybe make all "superweapons" less "super" and more "tactical", like abilities, for example nerfing their blast radius and/or damage, 'cause where is the challenge, when anything you have to do is just fortiication and then nuclear bombardment of enemy base. In 03 was it especialy frustrating to play against nuke-armed Topols in enemy base.
By the way, you did one of the best-looking nukes for Generals I have ever seen.
Now Topol M has limited range ;)
That turns it into a SCUD Launcher :P. It's just not a superweapon anymore...
Oh well, still nice nuke effects.
It will have double scud range and will be more tactical weapon than super weapon.
aaa ok...but what about the artilery...the fire range is to small...at all faction...pleas adjust a little...cuz the MLRS shout at a long distance please adjust...not like the sa-21 (from base to base) but a litle smaller :) please

in latest version one Topol M can destroy even command center on direct hit - this should not be, it turn into superweapon war. Are Topols affected with commandier's aura? They are not red when in near, but I think they have increased damage.
I don't know why the mirv kill every building when hit it directly. I tried to fix that but still can't :((
