Hey guys and girls and anyone else watching who may or may not fall into either category.
So you may have noticed that the updates for The Core have grinded to a halt. I just want to lay down a few points to let you know what is going on.
For starters, regarding personal life matters, a whole lot has been going on. Archie has been studying hard for the exam period of his college course so has had little time to work on the project. As for me, a recent system change at work has meant a ton of almost impossible deadlines, massive amounts of overtime (a lot of all-nighters) and generally a heap of stress. This coupled with the fact that I am preparing for my wedding which is 2 weeks from today means that my life is pretty much up in the air right now.
However, exams and jobs aside, we also like to wind down every now and again with other videogames and some of them (Minecraft and Oblivion) absorb time like a hyperactive sponge.
On the bright side, I have a 2 week holiday coming up and I will no doubt spend many a night not getting the rest I need and working on the mod.
Expect a media update some time in June.

Understandable reasons! This isn't your job, you got no commitments here. Modding should be a hobby and you should exercise it in your spare time. Looking forward for the next update. Good luck and congratulations on your upcoming marriage!

If you feel bad, there's no reason TO feel bad. You're basically "gift-ing" the world, and we're glad you are. We're not your boss, and you can do whatever you want.
And, Archie, sorry about the exams. They must be hell. The only thing I have to complain about in school is that it ends 30th of July. Not much of a vacation, eh?

Apart from getting married of course right?!! Congrats dude! Don't worry about updates, *most* people accept this is a hobby thing and real life takes precedence, take your time!
