The Closure - Remod is a collection of packs designed to change the EP3-inspired Half-Life 2 mod in various ways. Unlike my other Remod projects, this is not strictly a HD pack, more of a change-the-mod-however-you-like pack.
Just an update to my weapons mod.
- Replaced the 357 animation with Mantuna's, had to replace the "draw" animation to look less "show-off".
- Changed the body texture of the crowbar to Verttrasher's, Vuthakral's crowbar body look streched on the crowbar.
- Rigged OMS's SMG1 model (with the larger grenade launcher and fixed faces) to Mantuna's anims, had to reduce the reload frames so that the reloading process goes faster.
- Replaced the shotgun animation to Mantuna's, had to reverse the drawing animation to have the holster animation (used when using turrets/cars).
- Replaced grenade texture with Tweevle's, as his texture is the only one that also has the w_ model texture replaced.
- Replaced the out-of-place Mosin Nagant with the EP2 sniper, courtesy of both Valve and Josh Zemlinsky, reloads a bit longer (should be a reason to not abuse the unlimited sniper drop bug).
- Merged the weapon models with some of the item addons for convenience.
- Retextured some of the EP2 ammo crates that JBarnes missed, also retextured the ammocrate_items to fit the new ammo textures.
