- Added two new countries Yunnan Clique (tag UTL), Sa Ma Clique (tag UD8).

- Added nine new countries: Caucasus Republic (tag U67), Sultanate of Rumelia (tag UIR), Soviet Republic (tag UD1), Benelux (tag UD2), Piemonte (tag UD3), Papal State (tag UD4), Kingdom of Two Sicilies (tag UD5), Greater Germanic Reich (tag UD6), Reichprotectorate of the Straits (tag UD7).

- Added new event-chain about post-WW2 expansion of Austrian Empire under Hitler and confrontation with French.
- Added event-chains for conflicts in Middle East after Axis victory in WW2.
- Added event-chains about Soviet Civil War (Two versions depending on wheater Trotskiyst or "Fourth Way" faction is in power).
- Added event-chain about Austro-Polish confrontation around province of Tesin after the Austrian annex Czech Republic. (Credits to J_Master for suggestion)
- Added events for France to initiate peace negotiations with G.Britain after victory against USSR.
- Added events about Spanish viceroyalties becoming independent after Spain is occupied in WW2.
- Added events that fix the problem of white peace between France and Scandinavia in case of British surrender.
- Added events for Pakistan to ally with China after Pakistan get independence after British defeat.
- Added events for USSR and USSA to arrange unification of PR France and SR France.
- Added events for British to expand bases in Singapore.
- Added events for German investments in Indochina.
- Added events for CSA funding resistance in the USSA.

- Added some missing counters and bunch of new ones.
- Added bunch of new event pictures.
- Reworked low-quality pictures for some ministers and leaders and fixed missing white frame for most of newly added pictures.

- Rework + new additions of fascist and nazi politicians for Scandinavian countries. (SCA, DEN, SWE, NOR)
- Removed leftover German officers that are leaders for Bosnia.

- Added improvement to tech teams for multiple countries [CHI, ENG, GER, FRA, JAP, U09, VIC]. (Credits to erica)
- Added Karlo Hudomalj as HoS and HoG for Soviet Republic of Slovenia after the BSSF defeat in Comintern Crisis event-chain.
- Added Branko Petricevic as CoA for 'Fourth Way' faction of PR Serbia.
- Added Petre Piruze as HoS and HoG for 'Fourth Way' faction of PR Macedonia.
- Added Luis Llorens Torres as HoS for Puerto Rico.
- Rene Binet removed as French post-war CoS.

- Improved AI for Balkan countries fighting Communist revolutionaries.
- Improved AI tech research for various countries.
- Improved diplomacy for post-WW2 USSR.
- Improved AI chance and event trigger for USSA annexing the New England.
- Improved AI for upgrading and reinforcing units.

### Tech ###

- Leftover Yugoslav tech-teams for Federal Republic of America are now replaced with American ones. (Credits to youstas for report)

### Improvements and fixes ###

- Improved event for Ottoman Empire joining the Axis block. Now it can also join if France is Republic (tag VIC) or Empire (tag U00). (Credits to RV-Ye for suggestion)
- Improved event for Chinese entering the war - High chance for Chinese to ally France against the Soviets if France had already defeated British.
- Improved Chinese claims in Indochina after victory over the Allies.
- Improved trigger for Chinese victory over British and their allies in Asia. Now AI-controlled China don't need to capture Jakarta. This is made since AI have problem with achieving naval superiority.
- Improved triggers for all three blocks (Allies, Axis, Comintern) creating the puppet states in Europe. Now you can see the requirements for triggering event before all of them are achieved.
- Improved trigger for proclamation of Austrian Empire.
- Improved trigger for 'Operation Kutuzov'.
- Improved relation change between USSA and Canada in events about annexation of New England and Missouri question.
- Improved creation of Communist puppet states post-WW2. Now the puppet states can release ideologicaly similar states, but, they won't be the puppets.
- Added missing cores on Istria for Austria-Hungary.
- Added missing cores on Iceland and Greenland for Denmark.
- Fixed mess with starting Soviet provinces in revolt.txt file.
- Fixed mess with starting provinces of Castille and Galicia in revolt.txt file.

- Austria no longer claims Opava and Tesin provinces in Sudetenland Crisis as if they are annexed they are not connected to rest of Austria.
- Balkan countries can no longer join Allies by event after G.Britain surrendered.
- Croatian investments into oil industry can no longer happen if Communist revolution ocured. (Credits to J_Master for suggestion)
- Central African colonies now defects to Free Germany in just few days after Free Germany is proclaimed. (Credits to J_Master for suggestion)
- Spain now controls viceroyalties as puppet state. (Credits to J_Master for suggestion)
- North Borneo now becomes part of viceroyalties of Philippines or Mindanao if Spain decides to reform its overseas possessions. (Credits to J_Master for suggestion)
- Soviet battleship "Paris Commune" renamed to "Frunze" since Paris Commune didn't happened in TBL-timeline. (Credits to Code-Beta1234 for report)
- Since in TBL-timeline US never owned Alaska all claims of American states are removed from "revolt" file. When released USSA, USA and FR America will never claim Alaska.
- Size of Air base on Singapore reduced from 8 to 6.
- Size of Naval base on Singapore reduced from 10 to 7.
- Base name of UCH country-tag is changed to "Democratic Republic of China". (Credits to Hiro__ for report)
- USSA now get a small raise of dissent when CSA declare war on them.
